What we collect, and why
- Estimate and contact forms — First name, surname, email, phone, property details and your message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and producing a study. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter — Email address only. Purpose: sending you one email a month. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe, in one click from any email.
- Analytics — Anonymised traffic statistics, set only after you accept the banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
What we don't do
- We sell no data.
- We enrol nobody into an automated email sequence without consent.
- We set no advertising trackers.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to the address above: we reply within one month. If our reply doesn't satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. cnil.fr
